AT-203

AT-203 is a preclinical bispecific antibody being developed by Adept Biopharmaceutical for the treatment of solid tumors. As an immuno-oncology therapeutic, it is designed to target biological pathways associated with both regulatory T cells (Tregs) and M2-polarized macrophages (M2 cells) within the tumor microenvironment. These cell populations are known to contribute to an immunosuppressive milieu that facilitates tumor growth and evasion of the host immune system. By simultaneously addressing Treg and M2-cell-associated biology, AT-203 aims to alleviate immune suppression and enhance the anti-tumor immune response in patients with various solid malignancies.
