AT-205 is a fully human bispecific antibody developed by Adept Biopharmaceutical, currently in preclinical development for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate is designed to target myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and M2-polarized macrophages, which are critical components of the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME). By specifically binding to these cell populations, AT-205 aims to alleviate the immune suppression that often hinders the efficacy of standard-of-care treatments and other immunotherapies.
