Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AT-211 is an immune-stimulating antibody conjugate (ISAC) developed by AbTis, utilizing their proprietary AbClick site-specific conjugation technology. It consists of an antibody conjugated to a Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) agonist payload. The drug is designed to selectively deliver the TLR9 agonist to the tumor microenvironment, thereby activating innate immune cells and inducing a robust anti-tumor immune response while minimizing systemic toxicity. By using the AbClick platform, AbTis can achieve precise drug-to-antibody ratios (DAR) without the need for antibody engineering. As of early 2024, the program is in Phase I clinical development for the treatment of solid tumors.
