Overview

AT-2604 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Axcynsis Therapeutics. It consists of a humanized IgG1 antibody targeting the placental alkaline phosphatases ALPP and ALPPL2, conjugated to the microtubule-disrupting agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). The drug acts as an inhibitor of both Alkaline phosphatase placental-like 2 (ALPPL2) and tubulin, aiming to selectively deliver cytotoxic payloads to tumor cells expressing these targets. Preclinical studies have demonstrated strong tumor growth inhibition in mouse xenograft models of gastric and pancreatic cancers, with improved safety compared to other vedotin-based ADCs. Its primary indication is for solid tumors within the therapeutic area of neoplasms.
