AT307 is an investigational, ready-to-use injectable formulation of an existing, but undisclosed, marketed therapeutic product being developed through a partnership between Arecor Therapeutics and Hikma Pharmaceuticals. Using Arecor’s Arestat formulation technology, AT307 is designed as a novel, enhanced formulation of a currently available injectable medicine, enabling a stable, ready-to-use presentation intended to improve usability in hospital and acute-care settings while leveraging prior safety and efficacy data from the originator product via the FDA 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway.
