AT313 is a preclinical candidate developed by Autonomous Therapeutics, utilizing their precision encrypted RNA (encRNA) technology. It is being developed in collaboration with MiNK Therapeutics to create therapies for metastatic solid tumors, including microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer. The drug is designed to precisely target and eliminate cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue, and is intended to be evaluated in combination with MiNK's allogeneic invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cell therapies (MiNK-215 and agenT-797).
