Overview

ATAK CAR monocytes is an autologous **cell therapy** platform from Myeloid Therapeutics that uses **mRNA-based engineering** to transiently program patient-derived monocytes with innate immune receptor-inspired chimeric antigen receptors designed to recognize tumor-associated antigens. These engineered myeloid cells are intended to directly kill cancer cells, remodel the tumor microenvironment, secrete pro-inflammatory anti-tumor cytokines, and promote downstream adaptive immune activation. The platform underlies multiple oncology candidates, including CD5-directed MT-101 for relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma, and is differentiated by rapid ex vivo manufacturing with approximately one-day cell engineering and short vein-to-vein timelines.
