ATB1651

ATB1651 is a small molecule antifungal drug candidate being developed as a topical gel for the treatment of mild to moderate onychomycosis (fungal nail infection) by Amtix Bio. It enhances antifungal activity through chemical modifications involving aryl rings, alkyl chains, and methyl groups. The drug acts by inhibiting fungal cell wall integrity pathways, thereby disrupting fungal growth and viability.
