ATCOCoxib

ATCOCoxib is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor developed and marketed by Atco Pharma, an Egyptian pharmaceutical company. It contains the active ingredient etoricoxib and is primarily indicated for the symptomatic relief of pain and inflammation associated with various musculoskeletal and joint disorders, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute gouty arthritis. As a member of the coxib class of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), ATCOCoxib works by specifically inhibiting the COX-2 enzyme, which mediates the production of prostaglandins in response to inflammatory stimuli.
