Atebimetinib is a novel, oral, once-daily investigational small molecule drug developed as a **Deep Cyclic Inhibitor** of **MEK** (Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase), designed to provide durable and well-tolerated inhibition of the MAPK pathway in cancer.
