Atezolizumab + emactuzumab + obinutuzumab is an experimental combination regimen consisting of three monoclonal antibodies: atezolizumab, a PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor; emactuzumab, a CSF1R inhibitor; and obinutuzumab, a CD20-directed cytolytic antibody. The combination aims to engage and enhance both innate and adaptive anti-tumor immune responses by blocking immunosuppressive pathways (PD-L1, CSF1R) and targeting B cells (CD20). All three agents individually are under development or approved for hematological malignancies or solid tumors. While combination therapies with atezolizumab and obinutuzumab have been studied in lymphomas, there is no public evidence of clinical trials or approval specifically for the triple combination including emactuzumab.
