Atezolizumab + trastuzumab + vinorelbine is a combination regimen under investigation for the treatment of HER2-positive advanced or metastatic breast cancer. This combination aims to leverage immune checkpoint inhibition with targeted anti-HER2 therapy and cytotoxic chemotherapy for patients whose disease has progressed despite prior anti-HER2 treatments[1][4].
