Atezolizumab + camonsertib is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer and other malignancies with DNA damage response deficiencies. *Atezolizumab* is a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), functioning as a checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. *Camonsertib* is a selective inhibitor of ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related protein (ATR), disrupting tumor DNA repair mechanisms, particularly in tumors harboring loss-of-function alterations in DNA damage response genes. The combination is being explored to exploit potential synergy between immunotherapy (atezolizumab) and DNA repair inhibition (camonsertib), aiming to increase response rates in biomarker-selected patients. The combination is investigational and not approved for any indication.
