Overview

ATG-106 is a novel bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) developed using Antengene's proprietary AnTenGager™ "2+1" platform. It targets cadherin 6 (CDH6), a type II cadherin protein overexpressed in several cancers, including ovarian cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and thyroid cancer. The drug is designed to bind bivalently to CDH6 on tumor cells and conditionally activate T cells via the CD3 receptor only in the presence of CDH6-positive cells. This conditional activation aims to minimize cytokine release syndrome (CRS) risk while maximizing anti-tumor efficacy. Preclinical studies have demonstrated potent T-cell-dependent cytotoxicity, strong binding affinity for CDH6+ tumor cells, significant tumor growth inhibition, and complete remission in ovarian cancer xenograft models[1][4][5][7].
