ATG-112 is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) targeting ALPPL2 (alkaline phosphatase, placental-like 2) and CD3. It is being developed as a potential therapy for solid tumors. The drug is designed to bind both tumor cells expressing ALPPL2 and T cells expressing CD3, thereby redirecting T-cell cytotoxicity towards the tumor. The mechanism involves inhibiting ALPPL2 (possibly affecting the tumor microenvironment or tumor cell growth) and stimulating CD3 (activating T cells for tumor destruction)[7]. As of May 2025, ATG-112 is in the preclinical stage of development[7].
