Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ATG-115 is an investigational bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by Antengene for the treatment of liver cancer. Utilizing the company's proprietary AnTenGager™ TCE 2.0 platform, ATG-115 is engineered to simultaneously bind to the CD3 receptor on T cells and an undisclosed tumor-associated antigen expressed on liver cancer cells. This dual binding facilitates the formation of an immunological synapse, redirecting the cytotoxic activity of T cells to selectively target and lyse tumor cells. ATG-115 is part of Antengene's portfolio of next-generation immunotherapies aimed at addressing unmet needs in oncology.
