Overview

ATGC-100 is a novel formulation of botulinum toxin type A (900 kDa complex) developed for medical aesthetic indications, primarily to improve the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar frown lines. It acts as a neuromuscular blocker by inhibiting acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction through SNAP25 inhibition, resulting in temporary muscle paralysis and reduction of dynamic wrinkles. The product has demonstrated efficacy and safety comparable to established products like Allergan’s Botox in clinical trials. Developed using proprietary CHS2 technology by ATGC Co., Ltd., it is being advanced in partnership with EuBiologics and licensed for European development and commercialization by RELIFE S.r.l. (Menarini Group)[2][3][4][5].
