ATI-1503

ATI-1503 is a synthetic version of the naturally-occurring antibiotic Negamycin, developed by **Appili Therapeutics**. It is a novel antibiotic designed to treat drug-resistant Gram-negative bacterial infections. The compound exhibits broad-spectrum activity against some of the most deadly Gram-negative bacteria, including *Klebsiella pneumoniae*, *Acinetobacter baumannii*, and *Pseudomonas aeruginosa*.
