Overview
ATI-D1 is a monoclonal antibody that targets Jagged canonical Notch ligand 1 (JAG1), acting as a Jagged-1 protein inhibitor. It is being developed by Alanis Therapeutics, which originated as a spin-out from AvantGen. The drug's primary mechanism of action involves inhibiting the JAG1 protein, thereby interfering with the Notch signaling pathway implicated in various hematologic malignancies. ATI-D1 is classified both as an antibody and an antineoplastic agent. As of early 2025, it remains in preclinical development for acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes[1][5].
