Overview

ATL001 is a personalized autologous T cell therapy developed by Achilles Therapeutics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It consists of clonal neoantigen reactive T cells (cNeT) that are derived from each patient’s own tumor and blood samples. These T cells are selected and expanded to specifically target unique tumor-specific neoantigens identified in the patient’s cancer. The therapy is administered intravenously following lymphodepletion chemotherapy and may be combined with interleukin-2 (IL-2) or checkpoint inhibitors such as nivolumab. The primary mechanism involves immunologic cytotoxicity through targeted destruction of cancer cells by the infused cNeT population[3][4][5][6][7][10]. Clinical development has focused on metastatic or recurrent melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer.
