ATLX-1088 is a potential first-in-class human antibody developed by Alchemab Therapeutics for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. This non-internalizing antibody has demonstrated improved pharmacokinetics and increases phagocytosis of amyloid-beta by microglia in preclinical models, potentially restoring healthy brain cell function and reducing neuroinflammation.
