Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ATN-615 is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 234E-33, IgG1 kappa) that targets the D3 domain of the human urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR). Developed by Attenuon, LLC, it binds to uPAR with high affinity (Kd of approximately 1–2 nM) without interfering with the binding of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) to uPAR. While ATN-615 is internalized by cells, it does not exhibit direct antitumor activity on its own. Consequently, it has been widely utilized as a research reagent, a control antibody, and a targeting moiety for delivering theranostic agents, nanoparticles, or radiopharmaceuticals (such as [89Zr]Zr-DFO-ATN615 for imaging anaplastic thyroid cancer) to uPAR-expressing tumors.
