Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of atomoxetine, a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (NRI), and coenzyme Q10, an antioxidant supplement. This combination has been studied for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), particularly in patients who have not fully responded to atomoxetine alone. The addition of coenzyme Q10 to atomoxetine has shown improved ADHD symptoms, especially hyperactivity, impulsivity, and learning problems, with minimal additional adverse effects.
