A combination therapy of atomoxetine (a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor) and olanzapine (an atypical antipsychotic). This combination has been studied for treating attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) with comorbid disruptive behaviors in children and adolescents. Clinical studies have shown statistically significant improvement in ADHD symptoms and overt aggression with this combination, though olanzapine is associated with significant weight gain.
