ATOR-1015 is a human IgG1 bispecific antibody that targets both cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4) and OX40. It is designed to induce tumor-directed immune activation by simultaneously inhibiting CTLA-4 and activating OX40, leading to the depletion of regulatory T cells (Tregs) and activation of effector T cells within the tumor microenvironment. This dual targeting enhances anti-tumor immune responses, reduces tumor growth, improves survival in preclinical models, and induces long-term immunological memory. ATOR-1015 has shown potential for synergistic effects when combined with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors. The drug was developed by Alligator Bioscience for the treatment of advanced solid tumors[1][3][6][8].
