ATORM-E is an endometrium (uterine) organoid-based regenerative cell therapy being developed by OrganoidSciences. It is designed to treat endometrial and uterine disorders, specifically Asherman's syndrome (uterine adhesion). The therapy utilizes three-dimensional organoids derived from adult stem cells of the endometrium, which are transplanted locally to promote the regeneration and functional recovery of damaged uterine tissue. Currently, ATORM-E is in the preclinical stage of development, undergoing efficacy and optimization evaluations.
