**ATP-adjuvanted HPV16 E7 peptide PLGA nanoparticle vaccine** is a preclinical therapeutic cancer vaccine comprising the HPV16 E7 44-62 antigenic peptide encapsulated in biodegradable poly(lactide-co-glycolide) nanoparticle carriers and administered with adenosine triphosphate as an immunostimulatory adjuvant. The PLGA formulation improves peptide stability, lymph-node accumulation, and dendritic-cell uptake, while ATP promotes dendritic-cell migration, nanoparticle uptake, and maturation. In TC-1 mouse tumor models, the formulation generated E7-directed antitumor cellular immunity, inhibited established tumor growth, reduced tumor-associated regulatory T cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells, and provided complete protection in a preventive tumor-challenge model.
