ATP162 is a therapeutic protein cancer vaccine developed using the proprietary KISIMA platform. It is specifically engineered for the treatment of gastrointestinal cancers, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The vaccine molecule is a fusion protein comprising three functional moieties: a cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) for intracellular antigen delivery, a Toll-like receptor (TLR) peptide agonist that serves as a self-adjuvant to activate dendritic cells, and a tailored multi-antigenic domain containing specific tumor-associated antigens. ATP162 is typically administered as part of a heterologous prime-boost regimen in combination with a viral vector (VSV-GP154) and an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ezabenlimab) to elicit a robust and sustained CD8+ T-cell response against tumor cells.
