Atraxis-X is a next-generation immune-engineering platform developed by Lurex Bio Inc., designed to overcome tumor immune evasion in 'cold' solid tumors. As an adaptive fusion vesicle platform, Atraxis-X functions by fusing synthetic immune signals directly onto the membranes of tumor cells, effectively 'tagging' them to be recognized by the patient's own T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells. The platform incorporates advanced logic controls to ensure selective fusion and orientation-controlled display of immune cues, while also allowing for the co-delivery of therapeutic payloads. By transforming immunologically silent tumors into visible targets, Atraxis-X aims to restore the body's natural anti-tumor response without the need for genetic modification or viral vectors. The technology is currently in the preclinical stage, with ongoing development focused on optimizing signal density and orientation for clinical applications.
