ATRC-101 + pembrolizumab

ATRC-101 + pembrolizumab is a combination therapy being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. ATRC-101 is an engineered version of an immunoglobulin G1 antibody that was discovered in a patient with non-small cell lung cancer experiencing stable disease while being treated with anti-PD-1 therapy. It targets a tumor-specific ribonucleoprotein complex containing polyadenylate binding protein-1, which has been found to be present in the majority of NSCLC, acral melanoma, breast, colorectal, and ovarian cancer samples tested. Pembrolizumab is an anti-PD-1 antibody. The combination is being studied in patients who have had suboptimal response to prior/ongoing anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy and are deemed to potentially benefit from the addition of ATRC-101.
