ATT-02

**ATT-02** is an investigational, preclinical intratumoral cancer immunotherapy developed by Attivare Therapeutics. It consists of interleukin-12 delivered locally on the company’s ATTimmune mesoporous silica rod scaffold. The scaffold is intended to retain and gradually release IL-12 in the tumor microenvironment, limiting systemic cytokine exposure while promoting interferon-gamma-associated immune activation, myeloid-cell repolarization, antigen presentation, and recruitment of natural killer and effector T cells.
