**attIL12-B7H3 CAR-T cells** are an investigational, autologous engineered T-cell therapy combining a B7-H3-directed chimeric antigen receptor with membrane-anchored, tumor-targeted interleukin-12. The B7-H3 CAR is intended to recognize B7-H3-expressing tumor cells, while the attIL12 construct incorporates IL-12 tethered to the T-cell membrane and a cell-surface-vimentin-targeting peptide, designed to promote tumor localization and local cytokine activity while limiting systemic IL-12 exposure. In osteosarcoma patient-derived xenograft models, the cells increased intratumoral CAR-T-cell accumulation, NKG2D expression, and interferon-gamma production and inhibited growth of large B7-H3-positive tumors. The construct has been reported in preclinical research and has not been established as the same product as clinical attIL12-modified T-cell or TIL programs.
