Overview

ATTO-006 is a preclinical, conditional AND-gated bispecific tissue-resident memory T cell (Trm) survival blocker developed by Attovia Therapeutics using its proprietary ATTOBODY platform. It is designed to target and eliminate pathogenic tissue-resident memory T cells, which drive persistent inflammatory immune responses in chronic diseases. The molecule utilizes a Trm-specific anchor arm and a survival-blocking arm, where the survival-blocking arm becomes engaged and active only when the anchor arm is bound. This conditional activation mechanism is intended to selectively target Trm cells while sparing systemic immune cells, potentially offering a safer and more effective treatment for a broad range of immune-mediated diseases, including rheumatologic diseases and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
