Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ATTO-007 is a preclinical-stage, conditional 'AND'-gated bispecific immune cell survival blocker being developed by Attovia Therapeutics for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. Discovered using the company's proprietary ATTOBODY™ biparatopic biologics platform, ATTO-007 is designed to target a non-T cell population. It utilizes a cell-specific anchor arm and a broader survival-blocking arm, where the survival-blocking arm becomes engaged and active only when the anchor arm is bound. This mechanism of action is intended to selectively block immune-cell survival signals, reducing the persistence of pathogenic inflammatory cells while minimizing systemic off-target effects.
