Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ATTO-008 is a preclinical-stage, tri- or tetra-specific multi-alarmin blocker being developed by Attovia Therapeutics for the treatment of respiratory diseases, including asthma (specifically Th2-low asthma) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Discovered using Attovia's proprietary ATTOBODY™ biparatopic biologics platform, ATTO-008 is designed to simultaneously target and inhibit multiple alarmins—innate immune danger signals that drive airway inflammation. By blocking these upstream inflammatory pathways, the candidate aims to provide a more comprehensive therapeutic effect compared to single-pathway biologics.
