Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ATTO-1091 is a trispecific antibody therapeutic candidate being developed by Attovia Therapeutics for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It is engineered using the company's proprietary ATTOBODY™ platform, which enables the creation of multispecific biologics capable of binding to multiple epitopes or targets simultaneously with high affinity. ATTO-1091 is designed to inhibit three distinct disease-driving pathways within a single molecule to provide a more comprehensive approach to the complex immune-mediated pathology of IBD. As of early 2025, the program is in the IND-enabling phase of development.
