Overview

ATTO-2306 is a multispecific biologic (ATTOBODY) being developed by Attovia Therapeutics for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases. It is designed to simultaneously target Interleukin-31 (IL-31) and Interleukin-13 (IL-13). IL-31 is a key mediator of pruritus (itch), while IL-13 is a central driver of Type 2 inflammation and skin barrier dysfunction, both of which are hallmark features of conditions such as atopic dermatitis. By dual-targeting these pathways, ATTO-2306 aims to provide superior efficacy in reducing both itch and skin lesions compared to monotherapies. The drug is built using Attovia's proprietary ATTOBODY platform, which generates small, stable, and highly potent binders. ATTO-2306 is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development.
