Overview

ATTO-3712 is a first-in-class, half-life extended bispecific antibody that targets and inhibits both interleukin-13 (IL-13) and interleukin-31 (IL-31). Developed using Attovia’s proprietary ATTOBODY platform, it is designed for the convenient management of atopic dermatitis and potentially other inflammatory skin diseases such as chronic spontaneous urticaria and prurigo nodularis. The molecule’s dual-action mechanism aims to provide enhanced efficacy by simultaneously blocking two key cytokines involved in inflammation and pruritus. The drug is engineered for infrequent subcutaneous dosing—potentially as little as once every 12 weeks—offering improved convenience for patients. As of mid-2025, ATTO-3712 is in the IND-enabling phase with Phase 1 clinical studies planned to begin later this year[1][3][4][8][10].
