Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ATX-GD-459** is an investigational, three-peptide antigen-specific immunotherapy developed by Apitope for Graves' disease. The product comprises thyrotropin receptor-derived antigen-processing independent epitopes, designed to restore immune tolerance to the thyrotropin receptor and reduce the pathogenic T-cell and stimulating autoantibody responses that drive Graves' hyperthyroidism. It was administered by intradermal injection in preclinical development and represented the three-peptide predecessor of the distinct two-peptide clinical formulation ATX-GD-59.
