Overview

Audenkine is an autologous dendritic cell-cytokine-induced killer (DC-CIK) cell immunotherapy developed by Auxi Therapeutics. It is designed to treat various hematological malignancies (such as non-Hodgkin lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, multiple myeloma, Hodgkin lymphoma, and acute myeloid leukemia) and a wide range of solid tumors (including breast, lung, colorectal, gastric, pancreatic, and liver cancers, among others). The therapeutic mechanism of Audenkine combines dendritic-cell-mediated antigen presentation to stimulate a specific anti-tumor immune response with the direct, non-MHC-restricted cytotoxic activity of cytokine-induced killer cells against cancer cells.
