Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AUR103 + rituximab is an investigational combination therapy under clinical evaluation for the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). AUR103, developed as the calcium salt formulation ("AUR103 Calcium"), is an orally administered small molecule; its precise molecular target/mechanism has not been explicitly disclosed in public registries, but it is being studied for use in advanced malignancies. In combination with rituximab, a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 on B-cells, the regimen is intended to enhance antitumor activity against relapsed or refractory NHL. The combination is currently being assessed in a Phase I study to evaluate safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in this population[1][7].
