Autologous αβ T cells enriched for TAA-specific clones is an investigational adoptive cell therapy being developed by BioCytics for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic approach involves isolating a patient's own αβ T cells and selectively enriching them for clones that recognize tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) specific to the patient's malignancy. By expanding these antigen-specific T-cell populations ex vivo and reinfusing them, the therapy aims to overcome immune tolerance and mount a robust, targeted antitumor response. The program is currently in the early research or preclinical stages of development.
