**Autologous adipose-derived stromal cells** are an investigational, patient-specific regenerative cell therapy developed by Ageless Regenerative Institute for chronic kidney disease and renal failure. The product is prepared from the patient's own adipose tissue collected by liposuction, followed by isolation of adipose-derived stromal cells. In the registered open-label, non-randomized study NCT01453816, cells were administered both by renal-artery catheter delivery and intravenous infusion. The therapy does not have a defined molecular target or established INN; its intended activity is renal tissue repair through stromal-cell-mediated paracrine, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and pro-regenerative effects.
