Overview

Autologous adipose tissue-derived stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells are a heterogeneous population of cells obtained from a patient's own adipose tissue, typically via lipoaspiration followed by enzymatic digestion using proprietary methods such as Incell Technologies' Z-Process. This cell therapy product contains a mixture of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), endothelial progenitor cells, pericytes, fibroblasts, and various immune cells. The therapeutic mechanism is primarily paracrine, involving the secretion of a broad array of regenerative factors, including VEGF, HGF, and TGF-beta, which promote angiogenesis, modulate the immune response, and stimulate endogenous tissue repair. Incell Technologies develops this SVF therapy for applications in regenerative medicine, including the treatment of osteoarthritis, chronic wounds, and other degenerative conditions.
