Autologous anti-CD22 CAR-T cells are a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy consisting of autologous T lymphocytes genetically engineered to target CD22, a cell surface glycoprotein expressed on B-lineage cells. This cell therapy is being evaluated for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, including relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Dongguan Taixin Hospital has investigated these autologous anti-CD22 CAR-T cells in a Phase I clinical trial in China for patients with relapsed or refractory B-ALL.
