Overview

This is an investigational autologous cell therapy developed by Stem Cells Arabia for the treatment of non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA). The therapy utilizes a purified mixture of CD34+, CD133+, and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) harvested from the patient's own bone marrow. These cells are injected directly into the seminiferous tubules and testicular tissue on the same day as harvest, without in vitro expansion, to minimize the risk of genetic alterations. The treatment aims to restore the microenvironment necessary for spermatogenesis, potentially leading to the production of mature spermatozoa in men who previously lacked them.
