h-Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command-spinal cord injury refers to an investigational autologous cell therapy developed by the Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command for the treatment of spinal cord injury. The therapy consists of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from the patient's own bone marrow, which are expanded in culture and then administered through a combination of intravenous and intrathecal routes.
