Overview

Autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells + umbilical cord mesenchymal stromal cells is a combination cell therapy investigated for the treatment of type 1 diabetes (T1D), type 2 diabetes (T2DM), and osteonecrosis. This regenerative medicine approach aims to restore pancreatic beta-cell function, improve insulin secretion, and reduce chronic diabetic complications through immunomodulation and potential tissue regeneration. Clinical administration typically involves supraselective pancreatic artery cannulation for diabetes or femoral artery infusion for osteonecrosis.
