Autologous CAR-T (Hebei Senlang Biotechnology) refers to a portfolio of investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies developed by Hebei Senlang Biotechnology for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, including leukemia and lymphoma. The lead candidate, SENL-001, targets the CD19 antigen, while other candidates such as SENL-101 and SENL-201 utilize dual-targeting strategies (CD19/CD22 and CD19/CD20, respectively) to mitigate antigen escape. The therapy involves collecting a patient's T cells via leukapheresis, genetically engineering them ex vivo to express a CAR specific to tumor-associated antigens, and re-infusing the modified cells following lymphodepleting chemotherapy (typically cyclophosphamide and fludarabine). These therapies are primarily being evaluated in pediatric and adult patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL).
