Autologous conditioned plasma (ACP) combined with hyaluronic acid (HA) is a regenerative therapy being investigated for the treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM). ACP is a specific type of leukocyte-poor platelet-rich plasma (PRP) produced using the Arthrex ACP system, which concentrates platelets to release essential growth factors such as PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, and EGF.
